초순수 제조장치 (Ultra Pure System)

초순수 조제 장치란?  A/C filter, Ion-Exchange filter  0.001㎛ UF filter가 내장되어 있는  System이며, DI(증류), RO system에서 일차처리된 물을 18.3㏁의 초순수로    생산 합니다.
